Nancy Riesco
Principal
Inspired by her extensive collections of china and art and her frequent visits to Europe, Nancy’s interiors speak of a continental, timeless beauty. Her knowledge of historical furnishings and architecture, from Sixieme Siecle Paris to Continental Bauhaus is reflected in her work with delightful competence. Nancy’s work has been widely published as well as being showcased on the HGTV network.
Originally from Vancouver, Riesco has travelled extensively throughout Europe and draws great inspiration from her experiences.

Andrea Robinson
Senior Designer
After completing a degree in Interior Design at Kwantlen University College, Andrea began her career at a small firm specializing in high tech corporate interiors. In 1999 she moved to London, England, during which time she worked pro bono developing a community treatment clinic in Zimbabwe for HIV/Aids patients. Upon her return to Canada, Andrea advanced to the position of senior designer while working for a local firm specializing in high-end residential and multi family design. Andrea has been credited as part of the design team on many projects receiving IDI, UDI, Georgie awards, and a Seattle DA award. In addition to working full time for Riesco & Lapres, Andrea also teaches design theory and graphic presentation at a local college.

Jennifer Mellander
Designer
Jennifer graduated with distinction from BCIT, earning a Diploma of Technology in Interior Design. She has a highly developed design aesthetic and her work is strongly influenced by her travels in Australia, the Americas and Europe. She specializes in residential interiors and is inspired by Australian design, the furniture of Hans Wegner, architect Daniel Libeskind and the philosophy of Cameron Sinclair. Her philanthropic works include a project with Architecture for Humanity, involving a housing project to rehabilitate women in Uganda. Her professional memberships include IDIBC and IES.

Catherine Radcliffe
Associate Designer
Catherine holds degrees in English Literature and Education with an additional year of Post Graduate work in English. In 2006 she joined Riesco & Lapres as an associate, bringing with her ten years of study and applied experience in interior design. Travel, art and design being her great interests and with an observant, refined sensibility Catherine was soon an indispensable member of the team. Her favored design elements include vivid colour, bold texture, creative integration of modern and period furnishings and contemporary lighting elements.
